Effective Date: 2025
Payments are non‑refundable once a session begins. Refunds are only issued if M&G cancels, a platform failure prevents the session from starting, or a duplicate payment occurs. No refunds for failed ID/KBA, late arrivals, no‑shows, unprepared documents, non‑RON locations, or refusal to be recorded.
Signers must upload documents in advance, have valid ID, pass KBA, test their device, be in a RON‑authorized state, and join on time. Professional conduct and consent to recording are required.
All signers must complete credential analysis (valid government ID) and KBA. Failure to pass KBA ends the session with no refund.
All RON sessions are legally required to be audio‑visually recorded. Refusal to be recorded ends the session with no refund. Recordings are encrypted and retained per state law.
M&G notaries follow strict professionalism, impartiality, integrity, and confidentiality standards. Notaries must refuse notarization if identity, willingness, capacity, or legality is in question.
One free reschedule allowed if requested 24+ hours in advance.
All client information and documents are confidential. Disclosure only occurs with client consent, court order, regulatory requirement, or active fraud investigation.
M&G operates under RULONA, state RON laws, MISMO standards, the E‑SIGN Act, and UETA. RON is only provided to signers located in RON‑authorized states.
M&G collects identification data, ID scans, KBA responses, session recordings, payment info (via Stripe), and technical data. Information is used only for notarization, compliance, and communication.
Minimum 5 Mbps internet, HD camera, clear microphone, and updated browser required. Unauthorized recording, fraud attempts, or bypassing verification is prohibited. If M&G’s system fails, a refund or reschedule is provided; client‑side failures follow the cancellation policy.
